Brodie Remington has more than 40 years of experience in advancement, including service spanning 25 years as the chief advancement officer at four institutions: the University of Oregon, Trinity College (CT), the University of Maryland (1991-2012), and Stevens Institute of Technology. His career started at the University of Pennsylvania, where he held successive positions over 16 years culminating in the late 1980s as director of the $1 billion Campaign for Penn. During his career, Remington oversaw the planning and execution of five campaigns, each surpassing its goal and securing a collective total exceeding $3.2 billion. He has also been engaged in strategic planning, marketing, board development, alumni relations and budget management. Remington earned degrees from the University of Rochester and the University of Pennsylvania. He is a consulting partner with BWF, an international consulting firm, and serves on the Board of Directors of President Lincoln’s Cottage. He and his wife, Sapienza Barone, reside in Washington, D.C.
