Working Together Toward Excellence

The University of Maryland has once again been named one of the top 20 public universities in the nation, climbing to No. 16 in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges rankings. We have also achieved our highest-ever overall ranking at No. 42, a remarkable rise of 22 spots since 2020. And, our upward momentum has been building.
